"Event page customization felt like a letdown"
I used ticketsource.us for a small event, and setting up the tickets themselves was straightforward. But once I got to customizing the actual event page, it started to feel a little like a bait and switch. I expected more control based on how the platform presents itself, but the options were really limited.

I was hoping to make the page fit our event’s vibe a bit better, but it ended up looking plain and kind of generic. It technically does the job, so I can’t say it was unusable, but if the look and feel of your event page matters to you, it’s probably going to be disappointing.

I bought my tickets on TicketSource and it all worked out in the end, but the checkout was really a bit slow. I had to go back and double-check a few things because some of the pages weren’t really as clear as I expected. The payment went through without any trouble and I got the confirmation email right away, so it wasn’t a big deal. I just wish the whole process felt smoother and less confusing. Overall, not bad, but not really great either.

I used TicketSource for a local event, and my ticket did end up working at the door, so thankfully it wasn’t a big issue. The scan took longer than I expected though, and the staff had to look up my name manually, which definitely made me start second-guessing whether I’d done something wrong or missed a step. I’m not sure if it was the app, the ticket, or just the venue’s setup, but it made me a bit nervous while I was waiting. Overall it was fine since I got in, but next time I’d probably show up early just to be safe.
